NOW HIRING LANDSCAPE CREW MEMBERS AND LANDSCAPE CREW LEADER
Renaud Tree Care, Inc., is currently hiring Seasonal Full-Time Landscape Crew Members & Landscape Crew Leader for our Commercial and Residential Divisions. Work with team leaders on a weekly basis to provide the best service possible. Meeting or surpassing expectations of current clients, crew leader, and management is the goal. The ideal candidates will be comfortable operating lawn maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
Crew Members: 0-3 years of experience
* We will train!
* Must be 18 or over.
Crew Leader: 3-5 years experience
* Valid Driver's license required
* Ability to successfully manage and lead crews.
* Computer/Software knowledge required
Crew Leader
must have a minimum of 3 years experience with commercial lawn mowing and landscape maintenance. References are required relating to previous lawn mowing and landscape employment. This position is for experienced candidates looking for a leadership roll. We are willing to train to meet our specific needs. Candidates must have the willingness to provide quality work in a timely manner, strong attention to detail, strive for excellence on every property they visit and be willing to represent the company in the most professional manner at all times. Snowplowing will be available during the winter season. Candidates must have clean driving record, be on time and willing to work flexible schedule based on weather conditions. Great opportunity for self motivated person who can work well in a face paced environment.
Crew Member Job Description:
1. Daily preparation of equipment
2. Report on time at regular start time (7 am)
3. Load all tools, gas and other necessary equipment/materials. Secure all equipment safely.
4. Perform and manage landscape and maintenance tasks on client’s properties.
5. Work in conjunction with the Crew Leader to ensure the work contracted is implemented efficiently and according to the contracted specifications.
6. Provide labor associated with the maintenance of all lawns & garden beds, including cleanouts.
7. Perform all tasks of operations including but not limited to mowing, line trimming, blowing, leaf and debris removal, weeding, edging, hedging, raking and mulch installation.
8. Proper use of safety equipment and Personal Protective Equipment and practices of the crew.
End of the day duties.
1. Complete time sheet. Inventory and report all materials used on the job that day.
2. Review the whole week’s jobs and prepare for the next day’s jobs.
3. Unload/load equipment and material, clean out truck/trailer by removing trash, debris, etc. daily.
4. Wash dirty equipment {including all mower decks} and return to storage location. Report damaged or broken equipment to your manager immediately to get parts on order.
Performance skills and qualifications:
1. Ability to lift 30 lbs. + consistently throughout the day
2. Stoop, stand and bend for 4 hours or more a day
3. Ability to read & write English, including maps & diagram
4. Drug free work environment
5. Background check
